ATTENTION WEDNESDAY NIGHT SCRAMBLE PARTICIPANTS

The Wednesday Night Scramble League will begin on the 2nd Wednesday in May.
The final Round-Up will be played on the 2nd Sunday in August.

  1. LEAGUE FEES ARE $20 (TO BE PAID PRIOR TO GOLFING). These fees will be the prize money for the 18 hole Round-Up (Aug 11th). The weekly fees are as follows: $10 pot game (to be paid the week prior to golf); $18 for Non-HHCC members (includes 9 holes w/cart); or $8 for HHCC members without carts. Proximities (closest to pin holes 3 and 7) are $1 each (Optional).

  1. You must play in 8 events to qualify for the Round-Up. There will be no exceptions. If players are needed to fill teams for the Round-Up, players with 7 rounds will be placed in a drawing until the teams are filled.

  1. Entries for each week must be in the league payment box by 5:00 PM on the Sunday prior to the Wednesday you intend to play. On the envelope, please include your name, date you are intending to play, and your handicap (9 holes) or your average score for 9 holes.

  1. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CALLED INTO THE CLUBHOUSE BY NOON ON WEDNESDAY, OTHERWISE YOUR WEEKLY FEE WILL BE FORFEITED.

  1. If you’re going to be a few minutes late, please call the clubhouse so we can make adjustments if needed. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.

  1. If you do not call to cancel by noon and do not show up, you run the risk of being disqualified from the league.

  1. Once checked in, PLEASE remain near the clubhouse until the Go-Ahead is given. Please make an effort to pair up in the carts to ensure we have enough carts for play

Although helpful, a USGA (GHIN) handicap will not be required
